Everything you never wanted to know and maybe even some things you did! I’ve been asked repeatedly how running a 5K was. Each time I have answered with “I finished” It’s likely not what people expect but it sounds better than IT SUCKED. I’m not sure I could even say it without raising my voice so “I finished” is a great choice. We had dinner reservations around 7:30PM, so bedtime Thursday was about 10:00 PM. So here it is, what 2013 has taught me, in no real order:. 1 I am blessed, with that comes responsibility to bless others. 2 Every moment of every day is about choice. CHOOSE to be joyful. 3 Expectations rob you of joy and contentment. Letting go of what you expect of others allows you to accept what they give more completely and more joyfully. 6 Failure is not only ok its good. It helps you grow and learn.

I overheard a conversation recently in a store between two employees, about how rude customers where. I paused for a second to hear the response of the other employee, I was surprised to hear her say she had just decided not to even try to be nice anymore.
