chrissy's random life...a knitting blog
Chrissy's random life.a knitting blog. Wednesday, June 18, 2014. I decided to make some lactation cookies today. Not that I really need them, but I thought it would be a good excuse to make and eat some cookies. I adapted this recipe. To my own liking. The first batch is out of the oven, and they're good. I'd make them again. 1 cup unsalted butter. 3 tbsp almond butter. 1 1/2 cups lightly packed brown sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 3 tbsp ground flax. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt.

Chrissy's Random Blog for my Random Life. Monday, August 31, 2015. Last week was MY week. I spoke with my physical therapist, he said that I needed new shoes. So I went to a shoe store with a set of specific needs. With the support of a friend and the help of a pleasant sales associate, I found the perfect shoes. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.). 8230;or something like this:. You may use these.

I use the human form to examine the tensions between light and colour, culture and emotion. My portraits express less acknowledged body forms in an attempt to nudge the mind and give a thought to how we are affected by our social values.

Sunday, 24 August 2014. This is just a quick post to say that I haven't abandoned the blogworld. The last few months have been quite fraught with family and health problems and because of this my creativity seems to be at a low ebb. I am hoping that soon I will be more sorted and I will be back but until then . Friday, 11 April 2014. But I do need to travel a little further back soon as I am about to undertake another small project which takes me back to 16th century Scotland . And then hopefully ano...
