Sweet and Sour Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Mango (Crock Pot). 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 10 oz jar mango jam (you can substitute with apricot if you can't find mango). 3 tbl soy sauce. 1 tbl Sesame oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp chili paste (you can substitute with red chili flakes according to how hot you want it to be). 1 inch peeled and grated ginger (you can substitute with 1 tsp. ground). 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced. 1/2 red onion, chopped.

Monday, January 16, 2012. We let her open one present when she got up in the morning so she could wear it that day. She loves Elmo! So she was really excited about this shirt. My big 2-year old! This is the cake I made for Daphne. First time making a shaped cake. Thanks Robyn for helping me so much with it! She knew just what to do with the candle. Blew it right out! Monday, October 10, 2011. My grandpa came down and had dinner with my family for Easter, so we got to visit with him for a bit. We thought it would be fun to get a four-generation picture. Daphne loves pickles. It's funny to me how much she really loves them. She'll eat a whole plateful of sliced pickles. I tried to get a picture of the sour face she makes when she eats them, but this was the best I could do. I love my little angel! It's so crazy how fast time goes by. And more of Mommy's.

Five Blues and a Dash of Pink. Thursday, January 24, 2013. For Christmas this year my mom and stepdad came down to Utah to pick up my stepbrother Justin to take him back to Idaho instead of flying him so we got them for Christmas Eve and Christmas morning. It was so much fun to decorate cookies for Santa with them. My brother came over and brought his "friend" with him and they did a cookie as well. I will let the pictures speak for themselves.
