Texas Nelson's: Pioneer Trek!
http://texasnelsonfam5.blogspot.com/2015/05/pioneer-trek.html
Monday, May 18, 2015. I loved being able to share a little bit of that with them! I also brought treats to share which Josh's was so happy about. Even after pushing handcarts all day they still had enough energy left for square dancing! Just for fun I thought I would throw Ben's picture in here. Of course, he's not dressed up. Texas Nelson's: Washington D.C.
http://texasnelsonfam5.blogspot.com/2015/05/washington-dc.html
Monday, May 18, 2015. I got to go on a quick weekend trip to Washington D.C. for Mother's Day. I met Uncle Bob, Aunt Vickie and Courtney and we spent the day touring D.C. Bob really wanted to see the White House. We tried to get tickets but they didn't have any left. We got to see a special tribute to the WW2 soldiers who were still living and they had special fly overs with planes from that time period. It was a really neat ceremony. We did get a great tour of the capitol building! It was so worth it!

Texas Nelson's: Setting Sail on the Disney Wonder!
http://texasnelsonfam5.blogspot.com/2015/03/setting-sail-on-disney-wonder.html
Friday, March 20, 2015. Setting Sail on the Disney Wonder! For Spring Break this year we decided to do something we have never done- go on cruise. This whole thing came about because Kaeli was complaining about my Florida trip with Kirsten and the fact that she wasn't invited! She has a knack of getting just about anything from her dad if she tries hard enough so the cruise was her idea of "making up for it"! One of the fun things they had was pirate deck party! We got right into the spirit of it! The fi...

Monday, May 18, 2015. Flower Mound High School Prom. Several months ago Kaeli saw this dress and wanted it! I told her it was too expensive and she needed to pay for it herself or find something else. We went to at least 20 stores and tried on over 60 dresses. I was about to go insane! Every ounce of my grandmother came pouring out in these trips. I swear I could hear her laughing! I'm pretty sure her plan is to just run out of time! She does take really cute pictures! It was a fun night for them! Bob re...

Texas Nelson's: Kaeli's first accident!

Monday, May 18, 2015. Thankfully the police showed up and gave the woman a ticket! Not that I ever want an accident but I was glad I was there with Kaeli to help her understand what to do before she leaves for college. It was a big learning experience! Posted by Corrine Nelson. Texas Nelson's: June 2015
http://texasnelsonfam5.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Sunday, June 7, 2015. Kaeli's Flower Mound High School Graduation. Kaeli's graduation day was full of emotion. She was so happy to finally get here and sad at the same time. I think a little bit of reality is starting to set in. She told me yesterday that she exactly 50 days until she leaves which made me sad. It's fun to see them growing up and excited to move on and so hard to think about her not being around all the time. These girls are inseperable! Posted by Corrine Nelson. Posted by Corrine Nelson.

http://texasnelsonfam5.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 28, 2015. The only thing Josh REALLY wanted for his birthday was his driver's permit. We took him out of school so he could go to the DMV and get it! He is so excited about driving. He has been instructing me for the last several months on my driving skills and thinks he already is a better driver than me! Never mind that I have been driving for almost two of his lifetimes! Posted by Corrine Nelson. A Knight of Murder Mystery! Josh has decided that he likes to have parties! There is a ...

Friday, March 20, 2015. Disney World vs Harry Potter. In my opinion there is no contest between the two parks. I will always be a Disney girl. I have been there more times than I can count but I love it just the same! The boys had never seen the new addition to Fantasyland so we had fun showing them around. Josh hasn't quite got the vision and just wanted to go to Harry Potter for the thrill rides. I had to keep up the family tradition of eating at the 50's diner! Gringots was so well done! Universal is ...
