PostConservative Moderate Baptist: February 2006
http://postconservativebaptist.blogspot.com/2006_02_01_archive.html
I was once a conservative, but now find myself more often than not in between the two extremes of most issues. This blog is dedicated to those who live in the tension critical thought can bring. I am the pastor of Harmony Baptist Church in Morton Valley, Texas, and am currently attending Seminary at the Logsdon Theological Seminary at Hardin-Simmons University. Monday, February 20, 2006. So what, mud makes it fun. Snow? That's what warm clothes are for. Wind? Posted by Tanktimus at 2/20/2006 11:18:00 AM.

Infinite Wisdom or Absolute Idiocy?: My Dad has Cancer
http://absolutewisdom.blogspot.com/2011/09/my-dad-has-cancer.html
Infinite Wisdom or Absolute Idiocy? The truth is, the world is full of both, but not in equal proportion. This is the place where I express my views on theology, politics, and whatever else floats between the synapses of my brain. Friday, September 09, 2011. My Dad has Cancer. You never want to find yourself saying - or in this case writing - this, but many of us find it inevitable that someone we love will become sick, and sometimes the ominous "c" word comes up. I want Dad to be at my wedding (I've rec...

Infinite Wisdom or Absolute Idiocy?: Keeping it Real
http://absolutewisdom.blogspot.com/2011/09/keeping-it-real.html
Infinite Wisdom or Absolute Idiocy? The truth is, the world is full of both, but not in equal proportion. This is the place where I express my views on theology, politics, and whatever else floats between the synapses of my brain. Thursday, September 08, 2011. If there's one thing I hate, it's when people say (or write) a whole lot, but don't have much to say. It's as if all they need to do is take up space in the universe, without contributing anything worthwhile or valuable to others. I doubt it though.

Talitha Koum!: August 2006
http://talithasblog.blogspot.com/2006_08_01_archive.html
The blog of a newcomer to Episcopalianism. Not always given to political correctness or even any particular holiness. But she keeps getting up and trying again. Tuesday, August 29, 2006. Gush, gush, gush. I'm going to be an official member of St. Richard's. I have no idea why this tickles me so much. But it does. I feel so goofy. I've found a home. This DOES feel right. It just does. My new church home - St. Richard's. Words of wisdom from Joe: "Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life.". Humil...

Monday, May 30, 2005. God is a mystery. This seems to be a central truth of our faith. There are and always will be limits to our knowledge and experience of God. God is bigger than our denominations, dogmas, doctrines, bigger even than the Bible. I love The Orthodox Way. By Father Kallistos Ware because he always seems to sum things up nicely:. The true and living God of the Bible and the Church. Man is made in God's image, but the reverse is not true. Are we comfortable with the mystery of God? When we...

Thursday, May 10, 2007. I pretty much let this blog fall of the face of the earth. So I've moved this thing over to http:/ disambiguation.wordpress.com/. And this will definitely be my last post here. See ya! Posted by Paul at 7:49 AM. View my complete profile. Wednesday, November 30, 2005. Racial Matters Pt. 5: After. Is an interesting condition. It's best described as a pathological response to trauma, the brain's faulty way of dealing with something it wasn't meant to deal with. When someone develops PTSD they frequently re-experience the traumatic event through flashbacks and nightmares. They generalize their trauma to the rest of life with the result that normal situations feel unsafe. Posted by Paul at 8:20 PM. Monday, November 14, 2005. I looked from one...

Tuesday, December 20, 2005. Intelligent Design gets federal smackdown. In heartwarming news a federal judge has ruled that Intelligent Design violates the Constitution. You can also read about the decision at the National Center for Science Education's website here. Here are some highlights from the decision:.
