The Olive Tree Centre. How The Centre Operates. We have a board of trustees who meet at least quarterly. They oversee the direction of the Trust and make any major decisions, such as which premises to use. We have a part-time paid manager who oversees the day to day running of the Centre locations. She is responsible for dealing with enquiries and allocating clients to counsellors as well as the normal administrative duties such as filing, banking etc. How The Centre Operates. The Olive Tree Centre. They all work as volunteers so do not receive any payment although we do offer something towards their travelling and parking costs when they are incurred. They are all trained. Some have more experience than others, some have qualifications already, some are still working towards qualifications and all continue with personal development at whatever level they are.
