A Chocoholics crazy musings about life , love and the pursuit of, what else? Monday, January 5, 2009. New Years Resolutions, Anyone? Who started the ritual called "New Years Resolutions"? I think it was something to do with the Babylonians. Romans or Chinese. Whoever started the whole "resolution" part was clearly on to something, right? I think in the original intention it was great, back when people really believed in promises, kept them and realized repercussions. But how many of these well meaning.

Today I am struggling with a huge burden and need to leave it at my Abba's feet. He will take it and make it into something beautiful. It is just so hard to allow myself to relinquish my "control" over my emotion and "take care of it" attitude. Philippians 4:4-7 "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Is a fan of.

Charli Loves Chocolate: Charli Loves Chocolate enters the mighty blogger scene!
http://charliloveschocolate.blogspot.com/2008/12/charli-loves-chocolate-enters-mighty.html
A Chocoholics crazy musings about life , love and the pursuit of, what else? Tuesday, December 30, 2008. Charli Loves Chocolate enters the mighty blogger scene! Yes, I love. I often wonder how I can love something that only adds inches to my already wiggly parts and has such a fleeting endorphin effect! However, my love for chocolate outweighs (literally) the negetive results. Today I have already had 2 Ghirardelli's squares, 3 Hershey's Kisses and who knows what else before the end of the day!

natural childbirth: March 2010
http://birthgreeter.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 23, 2010. Baby #12- For Randy and Kim-Baby Candace. Unfortunately, this pregnancy and delivery would require some changes. After seven home births with our previous midwife, a wonderful friend who had supported and guided us for fourteen years, this dear woman had moved out of state and could no longer assist us. We needed to find a new midwife or use the hospital. At the hospital I learned that the doctor and pediatrician least sympathetic to natural birth, the reason we decided to homebi...

Birth today in this country, the medical community is so out of control with how they handle birth. The labor and delivery area of the hospital brings in from 40 to 60% of the hospital's income. That is an average-each hospital may be slightly different, slightly lower or higher than the 40-60 average percentile). I am saying...

natural childbirth: Birth and Bonding
http://birthgreeter.blogspot.com/2011/02/birth-and-bonding.html
Thursday, February 24, 2011. In this country, we interferer with birth to the point of causing problems. The medical community could learn a lot from the animal community. and midwives. We just have to watch for the 'signs' of impending birth. It has always fascinated me that they have always just delivered fine without any help.no interfering, no starting labor, no augmentation of the labor, no helping the birth, nothing! It is very rare that they need any help at all! The next mother delivered today-be...
