I was looking for something to hope in. I was struggling to believe in God's promises for our lives. I heard this verse recently and it is so comforting if you're in a place where you're struggling or in a place where you have nothing but hope. The ultrasound began, and to our surprise, we saw a baby with a heartbeat!

All this is to say that his band was accepted and will be performing at AMEA this coming January. I could not be more proud or excited for him. He would not tell me on the phone his good news, but had to wait until I was in person! This is only one of many dreams Travis has, but it was definitely near the top!
