Wednesday, September 13, 2006. Posted by the Assistant at 9:14 PM. Saturday, September 09, 2006. Pulled out in front of car, requiring driver to "honk" and apply their breaks. Yes, that is exactly how it reads. And yes, it does make me feel better. My next test is on September 20th. Wish me luck- I really do need it. Posted by the Assistant at 3:23 PM. Op-Ed pages, an article about what terrorism isn't. Are things simply peachy as long as Afghans and Iraqis are dying instead? Posted by the Assistant at 1...

All that junk inside your trunk. Saturday, June 09, 2007. So we're back in LA, but first a retrospective of the Arizona Holes Tour we went on the last day of the trip. Hole #1: Meteor Crater. Long story short, this is a crater made by a meteor. In the middle of the desert. When we went, there were 60 mph gusts of wind, so we couldn't stay outside for very long. Except Christina, who looked like this for the rest of the trip, basically:. Hole #2: Grand Canyon. And flew a kite in Needles, CA:. We saw even ...

the so-called real world: June 2006

Friday, June 30, 2006. Thank you very much, American people, for 'Love me Tender' ". Never has a news article left me so utterly speechless:. Looove mee tenderrrrr," the [Japanese] prime minister crooned, as Mr. Bush, not one for letting loose in public, cracked up. When Lisa Marie Presley showed the prime minister her father's trademark sunglasses, he promptly donned them and thrust his hips and arms forward, an earnest imitation of a classic Elvis stage move. Posted by the Assistant at 9:40 PM. Or is i...

the so-called real world: December 2007

Friday, December 21, 2007. The Back Pain Chronicles. There were probably a handful of factors that converged to make this happen now, as opposed to sometime between age 30 and 50, which is when most people who experience disk degeneration begin to feel symptoms. (Apparently upwards of 30% of the population faces this issue.). Ass" *Makes a motion with his wooden pointer thing around my x-ray indicating where said awesome gaijin ass. Three observations to be made here:. 3) Putting one's health first every...

All that junk inside your trunk. Tuesday, June 05, 2007. We are in Flagstaff, AZ! Yesterday we were here:. They said on their sign that they had wi-fi, but not enough wi-fi for blogging unfortunately. Yesterday we went from Texas to Santa Fe. There was a huge crazy thunderstorm. Santa Fe was cute and had lots of nice stores and yummy food. In the morning we went to the Taos Pueblo. Nick learned about it in art history class because the houses match the mountains. Then we went to 4 states at once.

The Biology Butthole: Adults aren't the only crazy ones!
http://biologybutthole.blogspot.com/2007/06/adults-arent-only-crazy-ones.html
Thursday, June 21, 2007. Adults aren't the only crazy ones! In typical fashion, like Erin with her podcasts, Dave and Christina with their blogs, and Cressida with her, uh, ear to the ground, I read the following in the newspaper. I love print media.). In the past, bipolar disorder was reserved for only those who made it through the unpleasantries of puberty, but recent research has suggested that children as young as 2 (! I thought that was expected of your infant child. While I have seen the diagno...

The Biology Butthole: Moon Dust Saves Us From Global Warming
http://biologybutthole.blogspot.com/2007/06/moon-dust-saves-us-from-global-warming.html
Wednesday, June 13, 2007. Moon Dust Saves Us From Global Warming. Wow this is the dumbest idea I've heard in a long time. Not only is this ridiculous in its extremity but I'm pretty sure blocking out the sun will hinder plan growth, which help reduce CO2 levels, and potentially insulate the Earth from radiating heat back out into space (not to mention the logistics of mine on the F-ing moon). And what happens when we don't want the dust cloud anymore, do we build a gigantic vacuum cleaner?
