The most wonderful time of year? 160;Sunday, November 27, 2011. There are a couple of restaurants in town who do a Thanksgiving buffet. We chose one that was right down the street and a place where we love to eat. They grow all of their own fruits and veggies and even raise some animals. And we can walk there! 160;Friday, May 4, 2012. Wow, April just flew by. Here are some random pictures of things we did. We've continued to enjoy going to Chiang Mai FC games. We have so much fun and the kids just love it. It's nice to have a local sports team to get to cheer for. It's Mango season and it's awesome! I LOVE Mango and Sticky Rice and can't get enough of it. Organisation är en formaliserad gruppbildning som är samordnad för att uppnå ett gemensamt mål. Syftet med att organisera en verksamhet är att uppnå ökad effektivitet. Det gäller att inte den egna överlevnaden blir målet för verksamheten, utan viljan att ge service åt kunderna. Organisationens teori har tre huvudteman; struktur, processer och kultur.
