This Blog is about my quest to get fit and healthy. Saturday, September 04, 2010. It's been awhile between drinks. I have been lurking for awhile. I have been reading everyone else's blogs and loving the success stories. Talk about motivation. This year has been another of ups and down, medical cr*p for the kids and I but I think (touch wood) it will settle down for a bit. I hope! I have had so much medical cr*p going on lately, so my eating has been shit and my exercise has existed only in small spurts. Pretty dismal to say the least :(. So now to figure out what is going to work for me. I am excited! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
