Two pounds shredded mozzarella cheese. Half a cup of shredded Parmisiano Reggiano cheese. One pound ricotta cheese. Two jars of spaghetti sauce (I recommend one jar of Arabiata sauce and one jar of sausage and mushroom). Half a cup of milk. One yellow onion (chopped). 6 cloves of garlic (finely chopped).
