Writings….Writings…. P90X Update – Day 2…. March 1, 2010 at 9:44 pm ( Uncategorized. All right guys, we were a little late starting it, but we have finally started our p90x challenge! Yesterday was day one, and let me say, OUCH! I am sore today! But I feel good! I am sticking to the diet for the most part…. I did sneak one small sliver of pizza today at work because there really wasn’t any other option available! Tonight we hit our 2nd workout hard! Well, I will keep you updated when I can!

It is basically just a cleanse to get us focused and rev our tastebuds up for healthy food! Once we get that out of the way, assuming the DVD’s are here, we will be starting day one of P90X on Monday. Not a dang thing. I was still just hanging there. I couldn’t believe it! I am super excited about what I am doing and am happy to see other people excited too! Well, I was kind of bummed since that was the first night I hadn’t gone all the way through the workout, but, as Tony Horton always says, I am going to do my best and forget the rest! So, instead of being bummed, I am going to choose to BRING IT!
