Monday, July 23, 2012. Still painting when I can although things are busy busy busy here! My final classes for summer are this week and then final exams. My friend Sue will be in town all the way from Oregon for 2 days, lucky me! Right after exams I will visit my parent's house and see my sister and my 3 lovely lil nieces! I am so excited to give a ton of hugs! I would want someone to do something so nice for me one day. (*hint, hint). Wednesday, July 11, 2012. Happy Birthday David Korfhagen!

Monday, August 13, 2012. I just came back from a lovely few days at the beach with my family: mom, dad, Becky, Chalmer and the girls. Hilton Head is not the greatest for waves but there are a ton of sand dollars there and I even learned how to pick them up with me feet (that's a big feat (haha) for me considering I hate putting me feet on the ocean floor)! Beach party consisted of lots of tickling and giggling and crying and wining. SoI mentioned I was reading. Oh Cincinnati. You never change.

Well, Vang Vieng used to be known more for its landscape. But now it has been overrun by backpackers and tourists, who come here for tubing along the river, cheap whiskey buckets and shots, and popular TV sitcom marathons.
