That afternoon we went to the duck pond and we had lots of fun and adventures. They had a check up on Friday. Nick was 44lbs and 45.5 inches tall! This afternoon...

Saturday, December 17, 2011. Another super belated update. It is SO late that we are going to lightly skim over the entire summer so that when I post adorable Christmas pictures that I know are sure to come.I will be caught up. Nick and Eric's 4th birthday:. Cookie Monster (It should be added that Eric was too afraid of Cookie Monster to go near him, and as soon as Nick saw Eric's fear, he too became scared, but Liam was more than happy to pose, so that's why I only have a pic of Liam):. The Dewsnups: Christian's 5th Birthday
http://thedewsnups.blogspot.com/2010/01/christians-5th-birthday.html
January 25, 2010. Christian is 5 years and three months old now, so I figured I better document his birthday before he turns 6! He had a birthday party with his friends at the Castle Park. Brent got to be in charge of this one because I was stuck at home on bedrest. He recruited another lucky dad to come along and help him. I think the kids had more fun with dad's in charge any way! I will be sure to remember that for next year! This is what happens when you mix bright red frosting with Dad in charge.

Tuesday, May 31, 2011. He whacked his two front teeth pretty good and his surrounding gums started bleeding. His awesome grandpa cleaned him up and fed him ice cream (grandparents have a way cooler job). Later in the afternoon when we had them all back, Nick kept crying while trying to chew his lunch. We looked at his gums and they were still bleeding a little and totally purple and nasty looking. We haven't taken any of the kids to the dentist yet. (Parenting fail? Maren and Ryan Meldrum.
