A personal squib about my experiences and thoughts on trail running and things associated with it. May 28, 2009 in Uncategorized. This is the way you’re going to be for good and there aint shit you can do about it! And I think this was smart on my part. The next day, yesterday, I felt that area more than I have in the 8 days I hadn’t been running. In fact, I can still feel it a bit today. I’m really not happy. 50 100. Beyond. A Trail Runner’s Blog. A personal squib about my experiences and thoughts on trail running and things associated with it. Saturday, February 14, 2009. Psycho WyCo race report. 160;Let's also keep in mind that I've only been seriously running trails for one month. 1:33:00 was a high goal to set and meet, but that's how I operate. I set very high standards for myself and train hard to obtain that goal, but if it doesn't happen, it's totally. 160;Who knows and who cares? Coming to open fields was another time for me to attack&#...

Running with Oliver: March 2012
http://runningwitholiver.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 29, 2012. New Job/New Running Group. On Monday night my sometime running buddy Dana and I checked out She Runs Columbia. It's fun running in a group and a nice distraction: I didn't think about how many miles I had to go or how tired or hot or thirsty I was. The only downside is not being able to set the pace or mileage. When we were running, we went at a perfect pace, but notice I said " When we were running. 3 miles with SRC (followed by a long walk with Oliver). Rest day (long walk).

Thursday, December 29, 2011. Runners on Sixth Street during the 2010 First Night 5K; image courtesy of the Missourian. This morning I registered for the Columbia Track Club's First Night 5K. This week's running schedule is unambitious because I'm still milking the holiday season for all it's worth. Next week I'll start ratcheting up the mileage again. This week I'm only running 25 miles total. 2 miles in the morning. 5 miles in the morning. 3 miles in the morning/2 miles after work. 3 miles in the morning.

Running with Oliver: Running Two Miles
http://runningwitholiver.blogspot.com/2012/03/running-two-miles.html
Tuesday, March 13, 2012. Yesterday morning I attempted to run two miles—the first time in three weeks I've run more than a mile. It went well, aside from the fact that I felt out of shape and later ached like I'd run six miles instead of two. But at least I'm back on the bandwagon. This week I'm planning to run the following miles. Again, I'm taking it easy so I don't reinjure myself. Run 2 miles in the morning; walk after work. Walk in the morning; yoga after work; walk after yoga. Total run miles: 9.
