Couture Lab
Studying chromatin at the atomic level. We use multi-disciplinary approaches, which include X-ray crystallography and other biochemical techniques as well as relevant cell models, to understand the structural basis controlling the functions of biological macromolecules such as proteins, RNA and DNA. Our research specifically focuses on chromatin remodelling enzymes and particularly on histone methyltransferases related to cancers.
