A little ADHLAS for you. I have been at a point of what I thought was overload lately. I have been working on many things including trying to make money to pay the bills. Then I catch the cold that runs around. I did pretty well with it, taking my vitamins and eating lots of fruit and drinking fluids. So luckily that passed pretty quickly.
