The Ministry of Health has to convince grown men to go for circumcision. If we Namibians, (it is my new home after all), circumcised men as babies they wouldn’t even remember, and voilà! In case you did not know, circumcision makes a man 62% less likely to get HIV. The inner foreskin is very susceptible to the virus … too much information? For the weighing of babies.
