Castings are manufactured in approximately 80 grades of carbon and alloy steel in accordance with ASTM, DIN, PN, GOST standards. Other standards including clients' special requirements can be supplied. The steel for the castings is produced in electric arc furnaces and induction furnaces. Castings are produced by machining and hand moulding methods:. Moulding boxes at dimensions 800x800x300/2x and unit weight of castings from 0.5Kg to 100Kg. Casings are supplied either rough machined or finished condition.

G Type - Embedded. Rolling - Used on carbon steel tubes in the hardness range 45-70 Rockwell B and thicker wall tubes (e.g.walls thicker than 13 bwg minimum wall on 1" od). A rotating profiled disc rolls a groove into the tube wall, the fin is wound into the groove, the tube material is simultaneously backfilled on each side of the fin by profiled rotating discs.
