August 30, 2011 at 10:01 pm. 8221; and I DID! I beat my time and made it home in 20mins! I didn’t stop once. When I felt like stopping I would just coast. The best part of this all is I did this in my longest distance. So not only did I bike a longer distance, but I also beat my time. Now if I could only get this route down to 10mins (it’s coming). August 24, 2011 at 12:42 pm. So I am still alive and I made it to Day 2! I am happy to report that my bike ride home yesterday was great. I stopped only once and I managed to beat my time. It seems as though I have a lot more energy at the end of the day versus the morning, so this is going to continue to be a challenge. Maybe I am not noticing the muscle pain due to the pain my butt is encountering. I had to stop 4 times this morning due to the pain my butt was in, but no pain no gain , right? In a diss...

Well the weekend was a complete right off, it is hard to find time to exercise when you only have two days to actually get things done around the house, however I did hours and hours of house work, so this should count as something right? And it is so far pretty awesome, I didn’t want to stop walking and wanted to keep listening. I think I have found my new love – AUDIO BOOKS! It deifntley is awesome to listen to while exercising. 8220;Unless You Puke, Faint or Die, Keep Going!

It is a very special trip; my 90 year old Grandparents are celebrating their 65.
