So to hell with 2016, and every time I’ve gritted my teeth in angst and sadness and irritation this year (that includes remembering these events and gritting my teeth now). The roads are well-maintained, the scenery is beautiful, and they always make me feel like I’m headed home. View of MacArthur Highway from the house. My mother and uncle have fond memories of the place. They remembered that they used to visit their grandparents there as little children and that they climbed up the mountain at the back of the property. Crazy 2016 →.
