I can’t stand it. My clothes don’t fit too badly, but I’m packing on pounds like crazy and now i’m miserable. What if i can’t lose it and i can’t into fat zone again? I’m scared. So that’s where I am right now…a couple weeks later and four pounds heavier. And i feel gross. My day, my outlook on my day, or an event has always been based on the number on the scale. I weigh myself up to six times a day (another issue for another post) and that number makes me happy or sad. November 8, 2012.
