The 11 year old Scout patrol took a hike last Saturday, but it was mostly a family affair with James and Stuart; Andrew, Austyn, and Hudson; non-member (of the family) Tristin Clark; me and Buddy. Hudson is quite the happy wanderer. Here he is as the leader of the pack. Tristin, Hudson, and Andrew. This beaver dam was the highlight of the hike. Tristin, Austyn, and James. Great visits with Larry and Marleta, the highlight of the trip. So much history, so much warm weather. And home to family, thanks to Geo for picking us up and to bro Daughdrill for dropping us off. He's applied new siding, repaired wiring, repaired/replaced plumbing and heat ductwork - the list goes on! Restored and hung kitchen cabinets. The Wow factor in the laundry room!
