Wednesday, October 9, 2013. The labor part of Labor Day. After the fun camping part, we did the tough get ready for winter part. I can't wait to cozy up next to the fireplace and roast my toesies! Now just to get the fireplace. Shane spent time gold panning with Cal and Uncle Bert. And of course no luck left for gold.look at his wife! Must be lots of work riding around on Dad. Yes that is my child, yes it's a worm, yes I was a good mom. Yes I did get a little hysterical when she wasn't looking.

Crazies on the loose! The Smiths, est. 2001. Friday, March 23, 2012. My sister Anna asked to have the official title of 'First visitor to swim in the pool'. I figure she can have any honor she wants because she was the one swimming for 45 minutes in freezing cold water. Brrr! Rebekah was kind enough to help Piper rescue a dolphin from our pool. (They had. Recently finished watching a dolphin rescue movie.). Piper announced to me that this was a dead dolphin. How sad is that! On our way up to Flagstaff!

Tuesday, May 3, 2011. Day Four Space Center. Day four we decided to take my grandpa up on his offer to drive us to Cape Canaveral to see the space center. Today was the most beautiful day of the trip and we loved all the sunshine we got! After the hour long drive we arrived at a beautiful place. It is amazing that the space center is surround by such beauty. After the ride home, we decided to take a break and enjoy things around the hotel. The hotel had huge statues all over the hotel from each decade.

Tuesday, May 3, 2011. Coming home and valentines day. The clothes and everything they needed were packed away. Well as soon as we got them up they were wide awake. So its was 5 in the morning and they are talking and playing, it was the strangest thing! We get to the airport and the lines to check in where huge. Who would have thought that early in the morning there would be so many people there. We somehow managed to entertain the kids till the flight, and yet they were still awake! Aaron and Kira Adams.
