Vigilantes in the Media - The College Years
http://chuckanguniversity.blogspot.com/2009/03/vigilantes-in-media.html
8220;The University brings out all abilities, including incapability.” Anton Chekhov. Vigilantes in the Media. Ever notice how topics you're studying or writing about suddenly appear wherever you go, as if the media is directly responding to your personal work? Social psychologists will be quick to jump in and tell you to stop being so egotistic. They'll probably explain that you're just picking up on these topics more quickly and easily because they're at the forefront of your cognitive processes.

What's Wong?: Wan-Goh-Wah
http://wongtonsoup.blogspot.com/2010/05/wan-goh-wah.html
Saturday, May 22, 2010. I must have looked real suss in the airport because I was approached on 3 separate occasions by the customs/police officers. It's probably because I was traveling alone and hauling 50 kg of stuff into the country. None of them knew what abalone was. I've pretty much unpacked and settled in. Met up with "Ocho" Ang for lunch that included sweet potato fries. I think I might go with him and visit the Evangelical Chinese Bible Church. Posted by Matt at 2:46 PM. View my complete profile.

What's Wong?: Living By Prayer
http://wongtonsoup.blogspot.com/2011/03/living-by-prayer.html
Thursday, March 31, 2011. O God of the open ear,. Teach me to live by prayer. As well as by providence,. For myself, soul, body, children, family, church;. Give me a heart frameable to thy will;. So might I live in prayer,. And honour thee,. Being kept from evil, known and unknown. Help me to see the sin that accompanies all I do,. And the good I can distil from everything. Let me know that the work of prayer is to bring my will to thine,. And that without this t is folly to pray;. For thy glory,. Posted...

http://wongtonsoup.blogspot.com/2010/06/tace.html
Wednesday, June 02, 2010. I've been sitting here reading through articles on benign soft-tissue neoplasms with hopes that I can add one of them to my differential of rhabdomyosarcoma for this boy that just came in yesterday with a completely asymptomatic lump. His biopsy is tomorrow and PET/CT is next week so we'll know by then what he's got. Have I become some sick, heartless robot? Posted by Matt at 11:54 PM. Keep fighting hard Matt! It takes people like you to keep this kids as beautiful as they are&#...

What's Wong?: Ctrl+C?
http://wongtonsoup.blogspot.com/2010/05/ctrlc.html
Saturday, May 29, 2010. Song writing is an art. Some people are better at it than others. How does one decide if a song is better than another? Does the beauty lie in the ears of the beholder? I often find myself turning to secular bands or artists for my everyday listening because of the paucity of music diversity in praise and worship music. Is this a bad thing? Shouldn't everything we do be aimed to give glory to God? Posted by Matt at 10:59 PM. Random thoughts :) more questions then thoughts though.
