                                        When I lived in Moncton, New Brunswick , I wanted to eat Korean style bun. But I never found Asian bakery store. Then I made cupcake at home with Mochiko. Mochiko can be found in Asian markets, it is a white flour, in a one pound box. You can use it for a lot of other recipes. The skin of cupcake is crispy, inside is soft and chewy. If you don’t want red bean past, you don’t have to be.
