Tuesday, June 16, 2009. A very busy house continued. The next week, after my brother's visit, we had plans to drive to Virginia. We left on Wednesday night and drove all night. We got their about 10am, and by the looks of things, one could be fooled into thinking the girls didn't sleep. But the Lord answered our prayers and they were little angels and slept almost the whole way and never cried! Magnus enjoyed practicing being a "big" brother. He did a great job! Joe took some fun pictures of Cliff and I.

Monday, August 25, 2008. Like a duck to water. This is a few pictures of my parents neighborhood. This is their street turned canal. Their house is up on the right. This is a picture heading the other way. Their house is the first one on the left. Heading out their gate. I saw a little BMW trying to leave and the water was up past the bottom of his doors. There is only supposed to be one body of water and that is the one on the far side, but now there is two bodies of water.barely. Then there was this!

Tuesday, April 21, 2009. More on Billie and Lilly! This morning Billie was sitting on our bed "reading." Thursday, March 19, 2009. My mother came down this past weekend to visit. It was so much fun having her here for a few days. Although it was over much too quickly! Saturday, January 30, 2010. I thought I would finally try and get a little caught up on the blog. Wednesday, July 15, 2009. I've been reminded recently of how many blessing I have in my life. Lately I've been pausing to thank God for those Blessings. One of those blessings is Lily's Smile. Last year at this time we found out that we might never see our daughter's precious smile. Gazing at her sweet face now, my eyes often fill with tears remembering that difficult time. I often wonder at how blessed I am to now hold that sweet baby in my arms and the fact that God chose to place her in our arms. ...
