So, when I ran across this one in my stash recently, I just had to share it! 1 pound ground beef. 1 cup chopped onion. 1 cup chopped bell peppers. 2 cans diced tomatoes. 1 can Rotel tomatoes. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. 1 can sliced mushrooms. 1 can sliced black olives. Garlic salt to taste. 1-2 cups of shredded cheese of your choice. 1 T olive oil.
