Fatty to Janathon Fitty. Operation couch to 10k. It’s been 16 days since my last confession…. February 1, 2016. Fatty to Janathon Fitty. And 16 days since I last donned my runners and headed out the door. I’ve done next to no exercise in that time, and have rediscovered biscuits and chocolate. Fatty to Janathon Fitty. Operation couch to 10k. January 18, 2016. Fatty to Janathon Fitty. This could be my only form of Janathon activity for the rest of the month while my old lady hip isn’t very happy. I called up the doctor today and well, Thursday 28th is the first appointment they have so quite possibly I will be changing Janathon to plankathon and February to Febathon. But back to my plank. I’m getting better every time. Today I managed 62 seconds. Who knows, tomorrow I could crack 65 big ones.

January 31, 2015. Another Janathon is over. Rather too quickly as usual making me feel I’m still in catch up mode. I haven’t run or exercised as much as other years but have hopefully re-started some good habits which I can build on and continue rather than going for broke and spending February recovering. This week I’ve run a bit less due to some mild niggles in my hamstrings and piriformis which feel worse when it’s very cold so I stuck to alternate days exercising. January 28, 2015.
