Open to fruits, veggies, new things.and you! Scott and Carrie's Musings. Sunday, May 20, 2012. Pork with Rhubarb and Red Onions. I think rhubarb is one of the greatest things ever. Growing up I always loved spring and the rhubarb sauce mom would make for dinner. It was like stringy pink heaven in a dish! To serv...

An Open Table: April 2012
http://anopentable.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Open to fruits, veggies, new things.and you! Scott and Carrie's Musings. Thursday, April 26, 2012. I didnt much care for radishes as a kid. The seemed to be just another raw vegetable, yet lacked the sweetness of carrots. Since then my feelings have changed. I still think that theyre just okay by themselves. Then I had them as an appetizer, sliced and served with butter and sliced baguette- perfection! Shortly there after, I saw a recipe for roasted radishes- well why not? Carolyn Marie Berry Carnes.

Enjoying life as a resident physician, status post ("after") having a baby. Wednesday, June 29, 2011. My calculation of days left until the end of residency is off by a hundred. So much for triple digits - we're still well into the quads. Oh well . I need everyday of practice that I can get! I also found a more accurate countdown ticker (posted on the right side of my blog) - but it only goes into the triple digits, so just add 1,000 to the number. SAHD Dad / Dr. Mom.
