Dimarts, 6 de novembre de 2007. Now we're gong to tell you something about our city (Figueres):. Figueres is situated at the north-eastern end of Catalonia. There is near the coast and near the Pirineus. Figueres is the capital of Alt Empordà, social and cultural centre of the county. It's in Costa Brava, one of more important tourist area in Catalonia. Figueres has some museums and cultural places (Dalí museum, Toy museum, the theatre.). There are a lot of football teams too. We hope to see you soon.

Barcelona has a lot of sculptures and places which are made by some of very important artists in Spain (Gaudí, Miró, Dalí.). It's a comercial city. There are a lot of big shopping centers, beaches, discos. and there're some theatres and museums too. My village is a small one, only about 75 inhabitants live here, but it is also very quiet and beautiful. Nearly all the houses are old, stone houses, and the streets are made of stones, too. I love living here because I live in a big house with a small garden and a terrace where my kids can play and I can relax. There is hardly any noise here, just birds singing and dogs barking.
