Just when I thought the internet was starting to go dry with articles that were appropriate for posting in this space, I come across this post from Salon.com about real-world Muggle Quidditch. For the uninitiated, Quidditch is the sports played by wizards at Hogwarts, where Harry Potter goes to school, 'muggle' being the wizard word for humans that can't cast spells. The 6 From 20 Film Fest will be starting on September 7th with 6 movies being screened at Central Library over the following 3 months. Full details will be appearing on the Mississauga Library System's twitter feed @mississaugalib so stay tuned there.
