Stories from an Anglo-Indian-Burmese / Black American girl. My father, who passed away in 1999, was Black American born in Arkansas and my mother is Anglo-Burmese born in Rangoon. The question I get often is “How in the world did a Black man meet a Burmese woman? 8221; You will have to read the story! I went to NC State for undergrad and grad school, with a focus on Technical Communication. My intent now is to write creative nonfiction about the multiracial experience and encourage others to do the same.
