The ASEAN Festival is an event orginized by the Asean Youth Network in Japan, and it combines the 10 Asean countries , including Japan. This event is held every year during this time. So how is your 2014 going so far? I've got to say, 2014 was one of the best years for me. After learning (memorizing to be exact) everything in the textbooks but not knowing anything I have learnt, I finally got the chance to think, search and plan for my own research. First goal on the first day, wake up at 7am.

これやね～授業でやったんだけどおらただここに書けばいいかなって思うから～まぁ、暇すぎだからさぁ～笑. 協調性と聞くと全く隠れてる意味が分かんないでしょー。それを何回考えても答が出ないっていう場合もあるはずじゃん。協調性っていうのは自分が周りにいる人達に対する行為や行動などで、どのようにそれをとるか、相手の気持ちを深く感じてお互いにコミュニケーションすることだよ。更に、どんな人でも協調性があるものだ。でも、それなりに人によって別々な段階を持ってて協調性が低いか高いかそれが問題っすよ～☆. 社会に出る前にも、個人的に協調性を持つのはやっぱり必要なものだって思う～だから学校生活からとかに協調性を作り上げて、人間関を係もっと詳細に分かって友達や先生方と仲よくしようとするべきだ。その上、自分の長所と短所が容易に見られて性格を発達することもできるって考えられてる。それは他の人のこと考えすぎちゃって自分のことまで意識的に考えないっていうことなんだ～（＞＜）. なんとなく、協調性は確かに人には必要不可欠だなぁ～♪.
