Saturday, May 27, 2006. From the feed back we discovered that all three of these companies had very different attitudes to project management. Has a very easy going attitude towards project management, They do not use the conventional method of organization such as white board, time charts or Microsoft project while completing projects as the company employs only three people who all have their own individual role they work on the time that they agreed with the client. Be clear about the clients brief.
