Tuesday, August 25, 2009. We made mini pizza's for dinner. Audrey loved doing this! I bought pita bread and used them for the crusts. I had just a few toppings to pick from. (my husband did the grocery shopping) Then I used tomato's. From our garden to make the sauce. I used about 2 large tomato's. 2-3 cups of cherry tomatoes. I put them in the blender then chopped them. I then added them to a big pot. I added the ingredients. 2-3 cups of cherry tomatoes. 1 tablespoon dried or fresh basil.
