Tacloban City - PaSangyaw:. The colorful display of street dancers of the first Pasangyaw Festival on June 29, 2008 attracted more audiences and tourists during the fiesta celebration of Tacloban City. Apart from the traditional Pintados-Kasadyaan Festival which drew bigger crowd, the Pasangyaw Festival prolonged the attraction and bolstered tourism development in the city. Cebu City: Sinulog '09 Grand Parade. The Sinulog '09 Grand Parade was the term coined to the festivals on the streets where all participating tribes were to perform their street dancing prowess before our lenses. For the camera hobbyists and enthusiasts, it was considered one of the greatest challenge in making pictures, not because we were face to face with all the actions and colours but, because we were playing side by side with the prominent hobbyists in the country.
