I didn't believe you could make healthy cookies that taste good out of just bananas, oatmeal and chocolate chips, so I made them and was pleasantly surprised! Next time I will add dried cranberries. January 27th (yesterday) was the 1 year anniversary of my Grandpa Jex's passing. So I guess great men pass on that day. President Hinckley you will be missed. and Grandpa, I still miss ya.
