Coffee shops are interesting. I’ve been in tons, and each has their own way of doing things when it comes to making coffee, or more specifically espresso. I’ve been searching for a long time here it Tacoma, WA for a great espresso. Seattle has it’s Zoka. While Olympia has Batdorf and Bronsen. And even Portland has it’s Stumptown Roasters.
