What can I say? I had the opportunity of a life time that I had to follow to its fruition, even though I had just bought my first house and was not moved yet. Two weeks in a foreign country during roof repairs, moves, and such. I would do it all over again. In fact, if I could have another life, I'd have one in Ireland. Home and things around home. My first overseas adventure was in AsiaSingapore, Malaysia and Thailand by way of Tokyo. Travels about, visits to old haunts, and other miscellaney.

Thursday, April 21, 2011. Still A Sugar Lover. Hi Fit Friends,. This week was hard! I didn't realize how addicted to sugar I was/am! I started off shoving chocolate in my face in preparation of my dietary restrictions. I practically made myself sick and I realized that's just what people do when they are planning on starting a diet. I've done it before; ate a ton of food knowing that I wouldn't be able to eat, or better yet, overeat for x number of days. How did you do? Did you give up any addiction?
