Dave and Cindy Perkes Blog. Wednesday, February 11, 2009. We went down to Front street and ate at the Hard Rock cafe. We had our waiter take a picture with the Cadillac. We then went to Safeway and bought some groceries. Cindy is in shock of the prices we had to pay for the groceries. No bargain shopping here. She still hasn't recovered. This is the coast just south of where we are staying. We see a ton of whales as we drive down the coast. It was worth the trip because the sunrise was gorgeous. Our gift to each other was a new camera so hopefully out pictures are a higher quality from now on. We went to SLC for a Bees game and shopping in Park City. We stole peanuts from Five Guys Burgers and Fries for the game. Devin and Liz Daniels are officially gone to Arizona. Before they left we went to The Owl for dinner and a great truck derby.
