A Journey Made Joyful With a Load Made Light. Sunday, December 26, 2010. Power surges are the worst. Earlier this afternoon, I had sat down to blog for awhile - was going along, just writing away when everything shut down, just like that. Ugh! We've had about 5 of those surges in little Richey, MT, today - a few of them during my husband's sermon. Not sure what's up, but it certainly isn't conducive for maintaining your train of thought. My Week in Houston. February 20, 2014 in Uncategorized. AMAZING. The driving? Not my favorite but I’ve done ok and have one drive left– to the airport in the morning. It will be in rush hour, so I know that by the time I get there, I will have had my fill of big city driving for a while! There was a moment yesterday when I had about 45 seconds to move over 5 lanes on the freeway that I thought, “THIS is why I don’t live in the city.” Haha! I made it and know that God takes care of His simple girl. 😉.
