Welcome to my Little Kitchen. Martedì 1 gennaio 2013. Pane profumato al rosmarino. Questa ricetta l'ho presa da una rivista comprata per caso qualche settimana fa. Ho accompagnato mio papà a fare un esame e mentre aspettavo sono andata all'edicola a comprarmi qualcosa da leggere e sono stata attirata da questa rivista mai vista prima, tutta su pane, pizza e focaccia. Beh le ricette mi sembrano tutte davvero interessanti. 360 g di farina. 18 cl di acqua tiepida. 1 cl di olio evo. 20 g di lievito di birra.

Oggi posto una ricettina per un antipastino sfizioso, trovata sul libro "Aperitivi e Stuzzichini - un gustoso spuntino per ogni occasione", provata, collaudata, insomma.a me sono piaciute tanto queste sfogliette! 250 g di pasta sfoglia. 200 g di patate. 150 g di ricotta. 60 g di bacon. 4 cucchiai di parmigiano. 1 uovo 1 per spennellare. 2 cucchiai d'olio evo. 1 ciuffo d'erba cipollina.
