Wednesday, December 9, 2009. Last year it was hearts on the counter. We spent the afternoon taking Christmas pictures. Imagine my surprise when I uploaded the photos to the computer to edit them and there was an additional person in the photo! Mom's shadow is clearly standing next to me in this picture! We were in our locked yard and the camera was on a self timer. Merry Christmas Mom! Oh my gosh. Your mom is really making her presence known. Hugs to you Cinn. Saturday, October 31, 2009. My son and I had quite the day today. He woke up talking about his costume, he kept talking about his costume; we went to the store, we baked cupcakes, we made sugar and ginger pumpkin cookies, made a small tray for my friend and her mom, and finally he was able to PUT ON his costume! It has been a LONG day. I'm going to turn back my clocks and hit my pillow. I can't believe that when I wake up tomorrow it will already be NOVEMBER! Great costumes and happy halloween to you too!

I feel that the chapter discussing storming, forming, norming, and performing should be further discussed because I wasn’t sure how the concepts fit a group that couldn’t get along well. I was confused if the group could not work together, is it possible that the group would stay at the forming and norming stage? Maybe they just had to find a word with “orming” in it but other than that, I believe this book was very thorough with the explanations of the concepts.
