This week's case is a 54 year old man with a known dilated cardiomyopathy and an LVEF of 25% who is seen by his cardiologist who notes a slow heart rate. His medications at the time are a beta blocker, ACE inhibitor, diuretic and digoxin. A 12 lead ECG is obtained. What does his ECG show? August 5, 2015 at 5:40 AM.
