A medium intensity workout with basic movements for the beginner with little fitness experience. A medium to high intensity workout with more complex movements for regular exercisers. A high intensity, fast paced workout with complex movements for the experienced fitness enthusiast. Get fighting fit punching and kicking "the bag" in this classic style of a cardio and strength training workout for toning and weight loss. All of our classes are 45 minutes and accommodate men, women and youths (12 ).
