Its important to talk which is why we run the Rant Rooms, but its equally important to SOCALISE! Yes we have diabetes, but we are still young people that like to have fun! We are two young people with diabetes who met in February 2007 on a DAFNE course based in Kent. Since the course we have become best friends providing support to each other through our Diabetes and life in general! There is a real sense of what would we do without each other! Being young and Diabetic can be very hard at times and it helps so much to have someone our own age to talk to and share experiences with. Shelley and Sally xx.

Our Motto and Mission. Its very simple.CIRCLE D ROCKS! Our biggest mission and aim is to support as many 18-30s with diabetes as we can - so they feel less alone. This can be in many ways whether its through Facebook, the website, coming to meetings and/or events or a bit of a mixture! Circle D comes in many forms and people can get as involved as little or as much as they like as long as it makes a difference to them or helps in someway.
