2016 Reading Challenge Book List. Post Op: 1 Month. Asymp; 1 Comment. I’m sad, depressed, angry…a myriad of emotions. I’m at the one month mark and I’m only down 15 pounds. The first 3 months is the time you are suppose to be losing the quickest. 2016 Reading Challenge Book List. 6 Weeks Post Op. Asymp; Leave a comment. It’s hard to believe that it has been 6 weeks since surgery. It seems so long ago, yet it happened yesterday. There are still things I’m struggling with on a daily basis. I’m trying to curb my natural tendency to obsess/over think over things. I’m not sure I have been this overwhelmingly exhausted since I needed a blood transfusion 4 years ago right before my hysterectomy. I’m only sleeping 4-6 hours a night. Larr; Previous post.
