Also on Saturday, I went to a White Sox game with Laura, who I've been friends with since I was a little kid, and Tim, who I've known since about 1988 but who lives very far away in the distant land of Canada. Stitching together the people in my life through knitting. Tuesday, August 31, 2010. I looked out my bathroom window one morning last week and saw a deer! When I stepped outside with my camera I saw 2 more. I've seen their tracks since moving here a year ago but haven't ever caught them hanging out in my yard until now. I think they were probably scheming how to get into my vegetable garden, but so far they have stayed out. Zinnias are my personal favorite. Tuesday, August 10, 2010. Pandora - Great music!

Stitching together the people in my life through knitting. Friday, September 2, 2011. I'm Craftier Than I Thought. When my cousins were visiting, we went to Douglas and Saugatuck, MI where I bought a handmade ring. After buying one, I got the artist to tell me how she made it and I came home and made a whole bunch of them for myself. It is a super easy and fun project, somewhat similar to the Bottlecap Necklaces. In the meantime, I am having fun making and wearing these fun rings! Natives of the New Dawn.
